As a volunteer-led organization, Stretch Targets is committed to uniting Wisconsinites around visionary goals for its economy and educational system. Using strategic metrics and collaborating with all stakeholders, Stretch Targets strives to hold our state leaders accountable in reaching those goals so that Wisconsin becomes an economic and educational leader.

Founded in 2016 by international businessman and Wisconsin native Dave Baskerville, Stretch Targets focuses its efforts on two long-term, intentionally ambitions goals:

1. Raise Wisconsin’s per capita income
2. Raise Wisconsin student math, science and reading scores
